  1. Simply bring your two (2) valid IDs and the Winning ticket/s to the PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Shaw Boulevard corner Princestone Street, Mandaluyong City 1552
  2. Present your winning ticket/s at the Prize Fund Division, Accounting and Budget Department. Affix your signature at the back of winning ticket/s to establish your absolute ownership. Fill up claim form
  3. Proceed to Treasury Department. Present your Authenticated winning ticket/s and approved claim form for immediate preparation of your check
  4. Have your check signed by the Chairman / General Manager. Then properly receive your winning prize / check at the Treasury Department
  5. Encash your check at the Philippine National Bank / Land Bank of the Philippines located at Ground Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Shaw Boulevard corner Princestone Street, Mandaluyong City 1552

Conditions for Payment of Prizes

  • Prizes shall be paid to the holder of share/s of a winning ticket upon presentation and surrender of the same, provided that the ticket/s is/are free from any mutilation, erasure or stain, making any number/s therein illegible, and provided further that no court injunction restraining the PCSO to pay is received before payment

Quick reminders for PCSO lotto winners

If you win, the lottery reward ticket is good for one year. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after one (1) year. Similarly, the player is exclusively responsible for verifying the authenticity of the data written on the ticket(s), including the bet type, bet amount, draw date, and numbers to be played.

Interested players below eighteen (18) years old cannot play any PCSO games.

Furthermore, do not purchase your lottery ticket from anyone who claims that the numbers and tickets will win. It is only available from authorized PCSO retailers.

Do not expose the ticket to extreme heat. Remember that PCSO-generated tickets are heat-sensitive, and PCSO will not honor tickets that have been substantially damaged.

6D Lotto. In a play slip, select one (1) number from 0 to 9 in each of the 6 columns in any panel. Or simply tell the lotto teller your numbers and how much you want to play. You can also go for the Lucky Pick (LP), if you do not have any numbers in mind.

Ticket cost may vary based on the play amount marked. Mark the desired play amount on the AMT column. Minimum play amount is 10.00 per 6 number combination but you may play more than 10.00 per combination.

To play the same numbers for consecutive draws, just mark the number of draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play 2 up to 6 consecutive draws.

4D Lotto. There are several ways of playing 4-Digit games. You may go for STANDARD play by simply marking one (1) number from 0 to 9 on each of the 4 columns on the 4 Digit play slip or may also use the Lucky Pick (LP).

4D Lotto players can also play ROLL 1 or ROLL 4.

By marking the ROLL 1 box means the first digit ranges from 0 to 9 is to be generated by the central system to complement the selected last 3 digits, thereby creating 10 sets of numbers the bet amount marked is to be the value for each set of numbers.

Swertres Lotto 3D. It is currently known as 3D Lotto and is one of PCSO’s most played digit games. If a player selects the precise winning numbers between 0 and 9, he wins 4,500 (straight play). They also have the option to play using the Rambolito System.

The EZ2 lottery requires participants to select two (2) numbers from the range of 1 to 31 in order to be eligible for the lottery. In order to be eligible for the lottery, participants must perform this requirement.

Playing the STL Swer3 is identical to playing the Swertres Lotto; the winner is the player who correctly matches three (3) numbers from 0 to 9; the winner of the Swer2 is the player who correctly matches two (2) numbers from 0 to 9.

Newest Update December 2023: PCSO has launched E-Lotto, an online lottery ticket purchasing application. Here are the PCSO E-Lotto registration and purchasing guidelines. Now check the PCSO Lotto Results.
