Where to claim the Prize?

If you are the legitimate winner, put your name and sign behind the winning ticket. Bring two (2) legal IDs with you for verification.

The lotto jackpot prizes can be claimed at the PCSO main office located at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. Corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City. The jackpot prize is taxable by 20% under TRAIN Law.

If you win, the lottery reward ticket is good for one year. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after one (1) year.
